Thank you for shopping with Inspired By GDS. Every order is made especially for you once your purchase is placed. Because each item is printed on demand, please review our shipping information below.
 

Order Processing
 

All Inspired By GDS products are custom-made after your order is received.
 

• Processing time is typically 2–7 business days.

• During holidays, new product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
   

Once production is complete, your order is packaged and shipped to the address provided during checkout.
 

Shipping Times
 

Shipping times begin after production has been completed.
 

Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–8 business days

• Canada: 5–15 business days

• United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

• Europe: 5–15 business days

• Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

• Caribbean: 10–25 business days

• International Orders: 10–30 business days
   

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.
 

Shipping Costs
 

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:
 

• Destination

• Product type

• Quantity ordered

• Shipping method selected
   

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available).
 

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
 

Multiple Packages
 

Because our products may be fulfilled by different production partners or facilities, items purchased in the same order may arrive separately and on different dates.
 

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
 

Incorrect Shipping Address
 

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
 

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet begun, we will do our best to update the address.
 

Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
 

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
 

• Your order number

• Photographs of the damaged item(s)

• Photographs of the shipping packaging
   

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first contact the shipping carrier. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will gladly help investigate the issue.

While we will work with our fulfillment partners to resolve shipping issues, Inspired By GDS cannot guarantee replacement or refunds for packages lost due to carrier errors, theft after delivery, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
 

Customs & Import Fees
 

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authority.
 

Inspired By GDS has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their cost.

Order Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to:
 

• High order volumes

• Severe weather

• Customs inspections

• Carrier disruptions

• Global supply chain issues
