What is your return policy?
Because each item is custom printed after you order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changed minds, incorrect sizes, or unwanted items.
When can I request a replacement or refund?
You may request help if your item arrives damaged, is defective, is the wrong item, or has a manufacturing or printing error. Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
How do I request a replacement or refund?
Email your order number, full name, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.
Do you offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizes?
We do not offer direct exchanges, and incorrect sizes ordered by the customer are not eligible for a refund. Please review the sizing chart before ordering.
What happens if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been produced or shipped, a refund or replacement may not be available. If the package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
What should I do if my package is lost in transit?
If your tracking information shows that your package has been lost during transit, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our production and shipping partners to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
What if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?
Check with household members or neighbors, contact the shipping carrier, and verify your shipping address. We cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages marked delivered unless an investigation confirms a carrier-related loss.
How do I choose the right size?
Please review the sizing chart on the product page before ordering. Compare the measurements with a similar garment you already own for the best fit.
